Eddie asks her that can he meets his wife again? Tala nods to him. Eddie asks Tala what’s the reason that he meets her? Tala tells him that he burned her during the World War 2. Suddenly, Tala’s face is covered with the scar. Eddie is so sad and tells her that he didn’t know there had people in the house that he burned. When he saw the little shape, he waned to save her.
Tala walks to the river. Eddie follows her. Tala stops in the center in the river. She turns to Eddie and gives him a rock, tells him to wash her as other kids. Eddie wipes Tala’s skin by the rock. To be surprised, the scar on Tala’s skin is gone. So Eddie doesn’t stop wiping her until the scar is all gone.
Eddie asks Tala is that a punishment that he had to stay in Ruby Pier for his whole life? Tala smiles and tells him that Ruby Pier is the place he had to stay. He kept the people saved everyday. The people in Ruby Pier loved him and respected him. Eddie not only brought them safe, but also brought them happy. Everyone have their purpose in the world. Life is useful. The purpose that Eddie to be is in Ruby Pier.
Eddie understand all the answers of his life what had confused him for his whole life. He asks Tala if he did really save the little girl out of the danger. Tala nods and tells Eddie that he pushed the little girl before he died. Eddie tells Tala that he just felt he had pulled the little girl not pushed. He could feel the hand. Tala smiles and tells him that the hand he felt was hers. She pulled him and brought him to the heaven.
Tala pulls him again as what happened when he died. Eddie goes to his own heaven, Ruby Pier. In his heaven, all the people smile to Eddie. Some of the people Eddie knows, but some of them Eddie doesn’t know. No matter Eddie knows or doesn’t know, they are all connected each other. Eddie keeps walking. Suddenly, he stops and sees his wife on the chair waiting for him ……He will be one people that others meet in heaven. He is waiting for someone in his heaven.
