Tip#01
As a general rule of thumb, associate verbs with "does", "do", "did", "has", "have" and the likes, while associating nouns and adjectives with "is", "are", "am", "was", "were", etc..
e.g. Am I normal?; Did you sleep?; Have you eaten?; Were you there?; Is that real?
